PAYMENT PLAN:

● €2,000 reservation fee (valid for 30 days) and signing of a contract with the Investor Company.

● 1st installment: 20% of the property's value within 30 days from the payment of the reservation fee and contract signing.

● 2nd installment: 10% of the property's value by 31.12.2025.

● 3rd installment: 10% of the property's value by 30.06.2026.

● 4th installment: 10% of the property's value by 31.12.2026.

● 5th installment: 30% of the property's value within 30 days after the issuance of Act 15.

● 6th installment: 20% of the property's value within 30 days after the issuance of Act 16. Project completion deadline – by 31.12.2027.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS:

● Installment plan up to 3 years after the second installment payment: 6% annual interest on the outstanding amount.

● Installment plan over 3 years up to a maximum of 7 years after the second installment payment: 9% annual interest on the outstanding amount.

The buyer obtains ownership rights to the property with a Notarial Deed after full payment of the property's value.

Annual maintenance fee: €16.00 per sq.m, VAT included, calculated based on the total area of the property (living area + common areas).
